How to Fix USB Device Not Recognized in Windows

1. Download and install the FREE version of WinSysClean here https://www.usro.net/downloads
   
2. Start WinSysClean and Select Repair->Fix USB then unplug the USB devices from your PC (except the mouse and keyboard) then click the Fix & Clean USB button.
